By using Furstume you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Furstume creates AI-generated costume portraits of your pets from photos you provide. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or as expected.
Credits
- Credits are free. They come from the welcome bonus, optional rewarded ads and daily check-ins. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Credit amounts, prices per portrait and daily limits may change.
- If a portrait fails to generate, the credits for it are refunded automatically.
- We may remove credits obtained through fraud, automation, emulators, modified apps or abuse of the ad or welcome systems, and suspend the accounts involved.
Your photos
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, showing your own pet.
- Photos containing people, or that are illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, are not allowed and may be rejected or removed.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
Your portraits
You may use, save and share portraits you create for personal and non-commercial purposes. Shared images may include a small "Made with Furstume" mark. Costumes are original designs; do not use the app to imitate trademarked characters or real people.
Reporting
If a generated image is offensive or inappropriate, use the Report button on the result screen. We review reports and improve our safeguards.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional and provided by Google AdMob. Credits are granted only after the ad network confirms the ad was watched. Ad blockers or private DNS settings may prevent ads, and therefore credits.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, costumes or the app at any time. We are not liable for any loss of credits or content if the service ends, but we'll try to give notice.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
