- Open Furstume.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm.
Can't open the app?
Email devforgestudio25@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Furstume account". If you used "Restore with Google", send it from that Google address. We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- All pet photos and pet profiles
- All generated portraits
- Your credits, check-in streak and unlocked costumes
- Your sign-in account and notification settings
What we keep: a one-way device hash, no longer linked to you, so the welcome bonus can't be claimed again on the same device. Anonymous analytics and crash reports already collected may be kept for up to 14 months by Google Firebase.
